Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof and order number of purchase. Please do not send your item/s back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will take approximately 3-5 business days.
Please note 10% restocking fee of original purchase may be applied.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Shipping
To return your product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Major vs. Minor Failures
- Major Failure: If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to choose between a refund, replacement, or compensation for the decrease in value.
- Minor Failure: For minor issues, we will repair the product within a reasonable time. If it cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Making a Warranty Claim

- Provide Proof of Purchase: Have your receipt or order number ready to verify your purchase.
- Describe the Issue: Clearly explain the problem you are experiencing with the product.
- Resolution: We will assess the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
- Products not purchased from MRC Plaza
- Outside of the warranty period.

If you are having trouble with any of your purchases, and suspect it could be a warranty issue, then please contact us to go through your item's history of use and background. We are very reasonable when it comes to faults, and will try and resolve any concerns you have as quickly and painlessly as possible. We will generally require you to send the product back to us with a copy of your purchase receipt to assess for warranty, but please discuss this with us before sending the items to avoid any confusion.
